Non-Return & Non-Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold by GM Machines are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Our products include industrial and customized textile machinery, such as computerized embroidery machines and related equipment, which are supplied based on customer-specific requirements, configurations, and technical discussions.

Once an order is confirmed, processed, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed only after advance payment / full payment is received.

  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have:

    • Understood the product specifications

    • Verified suitability for their business requirements

    • Agreed to this Non-Return & Non-Refund Policy

3. Transit Damage or Manufacturing Defects

  • In case of visible transit damage, the customer must inform us immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Manufacturing defects, if any, will be handled strictly under the product warranty terms, not through refunds or returns.

  • Replacement or repair (if applicable) will be provided as per warranty coverage only.

4. Installation & Training

  • Installation, demo, and training (if included) are provided after delivery.

  • Refunds or returns will not be entertained due to operational, training-related, or usage issues after installation.

5. Warranty Coverage

  • Products are covered under a limited warranty, as mentioned in the product invoice or warranty document.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include misuse, improper maintenance, voltage issues, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Exceptions

No exceptions to this policy will be made, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Business loss or delay

  • Operator skill issues

  • Production expectations

  • Market conditions
