Every machine component undergoes a multi-stage preparation process including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating treatment, creating a strong protective base that improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

The components are then processed through an advanced electrostatic spray painting line, where international-standard equipment applies paint using the static adsorption principle. This technology ensures uniform coating, complete surface coverage, and elimination of paint leakage or uneven spray, resulting in a smooth and durable finish.

After coating, all parts go through controlled high-temperature drying processes to enhance paint bonding and durability. To guarantee long-term resistance to harsh environments, each batch of components is tested through a 72-hour 5% salt spray corrosion test.
